Rf Electronic Calibration Module
AGILENT-Hp/Keysight 85093C
The Keysight 85093C RF electronic calibration (ECal) module makes the calibration of vector network analyzers fast, easy, and accurate. ECal is a precision, single-connection calibration technique for your vector network analyzer. Performing a full two-port calibration takes less than half the time and the number of connections using ECal versus mechanical cal kits. Furthermore, the accuracy of the calibration is comparable between electronic and mechanical methods. Traditional mechanical calibrations require intensive operator interaction, which is prone to errors. With ECal, the operator simply connects the ECal module to the network analyzer and the software controls the rest.
ECal modules are transfer standards capable of transferring the factory calibration accuracy to your network analyzer. The new 85093C RF electronic calibration system is now easily controlled by one of two methods depending on the network analyzer. The Keysight PNA and ENA series of network analyzers controls the module directly through a USB interface.

Frequency Counter
AGILENT – Hp/Keysight 53181A OPT 030 /3 GHZ
Optimized for RF applications, the single channel 10-digit 53181A measures frequency, period and peak voltage. A digit erase function allows you to easily delete unnecessary digits when you want to quickly read measurements. For higher frequency measurements, choose an optional second channel that provides measurements up to 1.5, 3, 5 or 12.4 GHz. A shallow, self-guided menu makes this meter exceptionally easy to use
RF frequency counter, 10 digits/s
One 225 MHz input channel, plus optional second channel up to 12.4 GHz
Resolution of 10 digits/second
GPIB standardsKeysight Technologies, Inc.’s 53131A / 132A / 181A high-performance meters offer fast, accurate frequency measurements at an affordable price. These meters feature an intuitive user interface and one-button access to frequently used functions so you can take accurate measurements quickly and easily. Real-time digital signal processing technology is used to analyze data and simultaneously acquire new readings, accelerating measurement speed. The technology, developed for Keysight’s line of high-end modulation domain analyzers, allows the meters to collect more data for each measurement, so you get higher resolution measurements in a fraction of the time it takes other meters. The 53131A / 132A / 181A meters offer built-in statistics and math functions so you can scale measurements and simultaneously measure and track mean, min/max and standard deviation. Automated limit testing allows you to set upper and lower limits for any measurement. An analog display mode lets you see at a glance whether a measurement is within exceed/cut limits. Counters alert you to out-of-limit conditions and can generate an output signal to trigger external devices when a limit is exceeded. For quick access to frequently used tests, a single key press recalls up to 20 different setups stored on the front panel. For computer-controlled system applications, each meter includes a standard GPIB interface with fully SCPI-compatible programmability and a data transfer rate of up to 200 fully formatted measurements per second. The standard RS-232 communications-only interface provides support for printer or data transfer to a computer via a terminal emulation program.
