KEITHLEY 7001

is the “veteran” of the Keithley line of scanners. The mainframe switch model 7001 has 2 free card slots. The user can install various multiplexers or matrix cards. Therefore, this scanner can be equipped with up to 80 channels per mainframe; a “master / slave” arrangement allows extension to hundreds of channels. The electrical signals to be switched determine the board model. The signal level starts from picoampere to amperes and from microvolts to kilovolts.
