ItalianoAerospace division
METAF’s Aerospace division was established to provide highly specialized services in the aerospace sector, with a particular focus on the production and processing of electronic boards for third-party space applications.
After years of experience gained working with third-party companies, providing soldering services in compliance with the main national and international ECSS and IPC standards and codes, METAF decided to invest directly in the development of its own dedicated infrastructure, creating an in-house clean room.
Thanks to the experience gained in the electronics sector and the constant focus on quality, METAF is able to support its clients in all stages of production, ensuring processes that comply with the most rigorous international standards.
The department relies on highly qualified personnel certified according to ECSS and IPC regulations, with operators and inspectors capable of ensuring high levels of reliability and control of the production process.
Activities are carried out within controlled environments:
- ISO 6 Clean Room already operational
- ISO 8 Clean Room newly built
These infrastructures make it possible to operate under ideal conditions for critical applications, ensuring maximum quality and compliance with the requirements of the space sector.
